Collaborating closely with the merchandising and sales teams, I orchestrated collection plans that seamlessly aligned with our brand strategy. Elevating our design process, I introduced collection planning boards. For our New York Fashion Week runway presentations, I meticulously crafted sketches delineating various styles categorized by product type. Beyond design, I played a pivotal role in scouting locations and meticulously selecting models and photographers for our seasonal lookbooks and runway showcases.
